1. Obviously.
2. Obviously.
3. Surprise!
4. I'm very diplomatic and open, so I would like to undertake a rigorous and detailed investigation into the matter.
5. We should all learn to get along at the very least?
6. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees.
7. Abstain!

Ellie picked our dog/echidna answer and is surprised no one else is as excited about that as she is. :-)

Yeah if folks had a choice in the matter, I imagine there would be quite a few more Zi Ri in the world. Nothing against the other primes, but immortality kind of outweighs most of the other niceties offered by other prime species.

Well -- I have a very nice and very tough Cani woman as my ex-assistant, who is just as immortal as I am, now.

Which World Tree prime species would you most like your sweetie (or one of them) to be?

I take the opinion that there's no reason trivialities like species should get in the way of a happy and fulfilling relationship.

Yes, but she is immortal because you are. Who else has the time to learn enchanting to the degree in which one can become immortal, and the ever so convenient sustanoc knacks which undoubtedly make it easier?

Also, it remains to be seen if she has the mental endurance to handle immortality. She may tire of life eventually and stop using the talisman. Zi ri, on the other hand, are built to live forever.

As I understand it, constructing your own immortality device is something of a rite of passage among the more powerful wizards.

I would say it's nearly a requirement for a non-Zi Ri mage to be called a sorcerer. There are, say, a dozen sorts of things one ought to be able to do, including that; and doing half of them approximately qualifies you for the honorific. Not that the rules are solid, or even written down anywhere.

As you have noted yourself, the defining feature of a sorcerer or a wizard is that people call them that with a straight face.

I'm sad there's no option for 'all of the above' in the love-life category.

I'm told by my significant ot(h,t)er that "Rassy. Or orren. ish.' fits me as for what I am most like. I seem to embody the 'notable' characteristic of all of them.

As far as I can tell, there is no social structure for the ZiRi. Thus, it's the best (imo) as it makes the most room for the individual, and it's the worst cause it doesn't exist.

Of the Deviant Species, do you mean wolverine-the-animal-species, or Wolverine, the comic book character?

I'm told by my significant ot(t,h)er that my choice was a very very close second to the wolverine one, for him. Which may be why we're significantly each other.
