Is contact ultraparallel to the tangent plane of your primary surface something that can happen to you accidentally, or do you reflexively take measures to prevent such contact, so that it'd only happen if someone was deliberately trying to overcome those measures in order to harm you?

It is extremely difficult in locally-Euclidean regions. In more hyperbolic areas it can happen accidentally or intentionally on the part of my brother-enemies.
