When I started my blood pressure medication, I did feel weak and dizzy, but it only lasted a few days.

If it lasts longer than a week, talk to your doctor; there are plenty of bp medications, another one might not have that as a side effect.

Also, as side effects go, slight dizziness is a mild and liveable one. Headaches and unhappy winky are decidedly worse ones.

Good. I hope the effect is basically your body getting used to the change; that's what it was with me.

[It was other side effects that had us changing stuff until we found the current combination.]
