Vae - Nemesis

And who or what is your arch-nemesis?  If you have no arch-nemesis, who or what is your nano-nemesis?

The arch-nemesis do I have, but upset is Sythyry when I speak of her thus, so I will not.  The goddess Gnarn will do instead of her for mine.

My flesh and blood nemesis self-destructed to the extent where I don't even bother gloating anymore, much less taking action. He wrecks himself with no effort on my part, and it'd just be bouncing the rubble at this point anyway.


My conceptual arch-nemesis is much tougher. On a good day I can ignore it. On a bad day, it colours my world.

And the better goodness would it be were my emotions clean and uncomplicated, so that I could take unalloyed pleasure in watching a broken enemy's humiliation, without feeling vaguely sorry for him on some level.
