Scrooge McDuck's latest wacky plan goes awry when it teleports a small blue wizard dragon from another dimension into Duckburg. Sythyry the Dragon gets whisked from there to the mysterious land of Ohio, only to find it under assault from a bearded human scientist with a squad of unnecessarily specialized Robot Masters. The robots mistake Sythyry for some other blue hero, driving them to battle with Sythyry's extra-dimensional elemental powers and McDuck's menacing pogo-cane! In the end, the mad scientist is discredited, Sythyry takes home several tons of scrap metal, and Scrooge sets up a profitable trade route to claim the exotic resources of Veshrame and Toledo."
