OOC -- bad ears

OOC: I cannot hear very well; I never have been able to. Usually this just scrambles the conversation.

But ... now ... whenever the newsfolks say "Journalist Perry Williams embedded with the 85th Airborne Cavalry", I always hear it as "Journalist Perry Williams, in bed with the 85th Airborne Cavalry."

Hee! That happens to me sometimes... there was a speaker at my college once who was telling us we need to make sure we take our lives in a new direction.

I kept hearing "nude erection."

But I've been told the connection is not faulty at the ears; it's my brain. It's filthy.
