I recommend neither of these two options.
instead, wear the glowing head to the meeting in front of the duke, to show him what a dangerous job being the diplomat to the nendrai is, and it should pay more.

Suggestion: A temporary enchantment that causes anyone who enters the Legeriat session to have a glowing head that day. Maybe enchant a doorway if the whole room is too much.

Feathercasting this one might be a good idea.
