When we rebuild things, we could have comments here, or on Wordpress, or both. If they're here, non-LJ people can't comment very well. If they're on Wordpress, people have to register, which seems to discourage or prevent some people. If they're on both, it'll be harder to read everyone else's comments.

I'm torn between Dark Calling, Charm Trap, Shielding Arrow, and Mighty Little Aura of Doom. I decided I liked the name 'Charm Trap' the best.

Transmute Monster to Wounding is something that Vae would invent. Or are you thinking that would be Sythyry's inspiration?

I would not want to register for another site just to post comments, so probably wouldn't.

"Doom Tesseract" has the "advantage" of covering two of Vae's specialties.

If the Wordpress site worked as well on my sidekick as LJ does, I wouldn't care. But since I can't reply to comments from Wordpress, I've got a distinct bias for LJ. As you know!

Of course, polling on LJ for where to put the comments is gonna be biased in favor of LJ anyway. >:)

I'm not really sure about the "can't comment well." Why not? You allow anonymous commenting, and they can use OpenID too.

I can understand the wish to have it on your own site, but flexibility of commenting doesn't seem to be a good justification for that.

I have me here a bias for the LJ way of things, if only because I'm already here (TBH this is also the main reason I don't use Dream Weaver).

As for the spell I chickened out and said Mighty Little Aura Of Doom. I'm Pretty sure Sythyry at least improvised this magic when zie was young and sponted it on zirself. Probably as zir first ever casting.

Asking this on Livejournal is a bit biased...

I don't use LJ, so I'd prefer the wordpress one. It looks better,

I think that's the best explanation I've heard yet!

Well, I don't have wordpress working at the moment.

Is the wordpress one the sythyry.com version? I assumed it was going to be something new since that one didn't require registration I thought.

To which question?

Just enable OpenID on Wordpress. That way anyone with an OpenID authenticator (oh look, LJ is an OpenID authenticator) can leave comments without having to register a new account.

I really like the idea of the 'Weird Coil'. I picture you standing in front of it, gesturing grandly with one tiny arm as you cry "Gentleprimes! Behold!", and it topples over and explodes.

Well...

If I can't comment on LJ, I usually don't comment at all.

I like "Benediction Globe" because it sounds good for dealing with Vae's evil Tourette's.

I like being able to comment here, but was getting used to going elsewhere. So no real problem to me either way.
